Do you remove pet odors?

Yes! Pet odor removal is one of our specialties.

We use targeted treatments to eliminate and neutralize pet odors — not just cover them up. Our process is safe for pets, kids, and delicate rugs.

Please Note: Rugs with cloth backings can be cleaned, but they cannot be deodorized. The deodorizing process may dissolve the glue holding the rug together. We’re happy to proceed with cleaning if you’re comfortable with this limitation.

Do you offer rug pick up and delivery?

Absolutely. We provide pickup and delivery services throughout the greater Charlottesville area to make things easy for you.

Pickup & Delivery Policy:

Our pickup/delivery radius is within ~30 minute drive from 605 Cami Lane.

Pickup/Delivery services are offered on Fridays between 8am and 2pm. We do our best to accommodate your time preferences, but cannot guarantee an exact time slot. Our turnaround time is 2 weeks.

We offer free pickup and delivery service for all rug cleaning orders over $300.

For orders under $300, a flat $300 minimum service fee will apply.

How long does rug cleaning take?

Most rugs are ready within 2 weeks, depending on the level of cleaning required.

We’ll always let you know the estimated timeline when you drop off or schedule your pickup.

We use simple, soap-based solutions — safe for people, pets, and the planet.

Can you clean rugs with fringe or delicate fibers?

Yes. We have experience with delicate and detailed rugs, including those with fringe, hand-knotted construction, or sensitive materials. We’ll assess your rug and adjust our process to ensure safe, effective cleaning.

Do you sell rug pads?

We do! We offer high-quality rug pads that can be cut to fit your rug. A good rug pad helps prevent slipping, protects your floors, and extends the life of your rug. Click here to get a quote.
